This blog is my way of sharing ideas, recipes and meal plans that I use to cook for the children, young adults and staff who attend our program. I will be posting our menus weekly as well as any recipes that go with them. As a new mom I realize more than ever the importance of nutrition and try to pack as much goodness as possible into every meal. I do so using purees and fresh produce, as well as by making almost everything from scratch. No cake or muffin mixes here;)
