I got the idea for Jessica Seinfeld's cook book but I made a few changes, hope you like them as much as we do :)
2/3 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup slightly softened margarine
1 egg whites
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 can of chickpeas, drained
1 cups chocolate chips
2 cups of whole wheat flour
1 cup old fashioned oats
1 teaspoon baking soda
mix using hand held blender sugar, margarine, chick peas, egg and vanilla until smooth
once a chunky consistency add in all other ingredients, mix and drop by tbsp full on greased cookie sheet( I do not grease mine I use parchment paper) put in preheated 350 oven for 12-14 minutes :) so yummy
* you can use any kind of chocolate chips and you can also mix them half and half with raisins
